About Us!

The Guatemala Temporary Work Program is an official initiative launched in 2019 to promote safe, orderly, and legal temporary labor mobility between Guatemala and international employers, particularly in the United States.

The program connects employers with qualified and verified Guatemalan workers, ensuring compliance with applicable labor and migration regulations.

Participation in the program is completely free of charge, both for employers and workers!

How to connect with us:

  • Email us to make contact and gather information about the program.
  • We process a company background verification.
  • We accept the company and we demand the documentation such as job order and work permits.
  • Once the visas are issued by the foreign government embassy, we follow up with both the candidate and the employer to coordinate the departure.
  • We provide assistance and continuous follow-up to both the worker and the employer throughout the entire period the candidate works abroad.
